Product Availability | Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible. If we don’t receive a response from you within 3 days, your order will be automatically refunded. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to dismiss the sale, we will refund the amount charged to the original form of payment.
Order Processing | At MediRange, Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST. All orders received on a business day are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday and we are closed. Once your package leaves our shipping facility, you will receive a notification via e-mail along with a tracking number. Orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form. Please allow extra processing time for holidays and collection launches.
Payment Terms | We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Apple Wallet. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address | Invalid or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have accurately noted all of the information including address, apartment #, etc. needed to successfully deliver your package. Orders will be delivered via the carrier chosen by the customer at checkout to the address the customer has provided. MediRange is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages as well as courier shipment delays. We will gladly try to assist you as much as we can, but once a tracking number is received, all claims are to be filed with the carrier. We do offer a signed delivery option at checkout, which must be selected by the customer before finalizing the order.
**If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid mailing address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
**Please note that if a package is refused, the customer is responsible for any additional charges from the courier. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Delays | We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier exception delays. Please be advised that holidays do not count as a business day and should be taken into consideration when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS and USPS to deliver your package on time. International Orders | International Orders may also be shipped via UPS or FedEx for more reliable and quick delivery. The cost of international shipping varies based on the weight of the package and the location. BAROSSA AIR Aesthetic also offers shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international orders with cost effective rates with no tracking. However, MediRange is NOT responsible for any lost packages. If you select the “No Tracking” option with USPS, we cannot obtain information for these packages once they leave our facility. When using this service, there may be delays due to the destination country’s customs. We find that most packages reach their destination just fine, but we do encourage using a trackable option at checkout for more reliable and accurate tracking information.
International Shipping Disclaimer | Customers who place orders outside of the US are responsible for applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. By completing your order, you agree to pay for all applicable fees.
